Two tired eyes are sleeping, Two willing hands are still, The one who worked so hard for us, Is resting at God’s will. Our family chain is broken, Nothing seem’s the same, But as God calls us one by one, The links shall join again. We often sit and think of you, And think of how you died, To think you could not say goodbye, Before you closed your eyes. Now our hearts are broken, Never repaired again, For the day we meet in Heaven, We will all be back together again.
